Scope
These Terms govern use of the website elinetasma.com and any content you access here. If you hire me, the signed Agreement governs our services. If there is any conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Use of this website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage the site or impair others from using it.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all photographs, videos, text, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Eline Tasma. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish any content without written permission. Sharing links or pins that point back to this site with proper credit is welcome.
No professional guiding services
I am a photographer and experience designer. I do not provide certified guiding services. If your celebration requires a licensed guide, you agree to hire one directly. I may recommend trusted guides, but all contracts, payments, and responsibility remain between you and the guide.
Information on this site
I do my best to keep information accurate and current, including travel notes and planning tips. Nature, access rules, permits, and conditions can change. You are responsible for checking current regulations and safety guidance for your chosen locations.
Links to other websites
This site may include links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
Inquiries, bookings, and payments
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. All bookings, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, force majeure, and limits of liability are defined in the signed Agreement.
Payments for booked services are processed securely through Dubsado with Stripe for card payments, or Wise for some international transfers. I do not store full card details.
Image usage and client privacy
Any model release and image usage is governed by the signed agreement. I always share client work with care. If you choose to opt out of sharing, I will respect that choice as outlined in the contract and applicable law.
Testimonials and stories
Client stories and testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences. Results, experiences, and locations vary for each couple.
Digital resources
Any digital resources offered (such as free guides or checklists) are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or sold without permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Service-related liability is governed by the signed agreement.

Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to website use.
These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version will prevail in case of conflict.
